fantastic family getaway!
great location premium room sunny sunbeds cute arrangement
I loved the location near esmeralda beach. It was fine! our room was premium, and it came with fresh towels. A great perk. we found sunbeds on the grass overlooking the sea. That area was away from the main pool, and so peaceful. the cleaner did an amazing job. She left sweets on the kids' beds and arranged their teddys in such a cute way. My kids loved it!
the main restaurant food quality was bland! it wasn't offensive, but nothing riveted my taste buds.

The restaurants offer many choices. I found the staff to be great, always ready to assist. there are options for gluten-free meals, including pastries and cereals available at breakfast on request, great for those with dietary needs.

The hotel offers good health facilities and an adequate gym space. Also the pool areas are kept very tidy, i noticed there are lifeguards at each pool area ensuring safety. I felt very relaxed throughout my holiday because of the well kept spaces.

The hotel is located close to the main strip with cafes and shops. Plus i could easily walk there, there is a lovely beach right there. The crystal clear water made swimming an absolute delight, and the short distance to town center was very convenient!

super holiday at cala esmeralda!
quick check-in restaurant choices adequate gym relaxing holiday
easy transfers happen with roig car. check-in was quick. the hotel had cleanliness, many restaurant choices, and great staff. sylvie really went beyond her duty. health suite was good, the gym had what i needed, pool areas were neat, and the furniture was good. i had a relaxing holiday, the cove was gorgeous, and the people were friendly.
air conditioning not working right made for a really uncomfortable situation. technicians seemed like not caring and told me that the air was coming through at 17 degrees when the room felt way hotter. it made it very hard to sleep at night.

Staff were friendly and helpful and seemed well-trained to handle guest requests. They really were great. reception was efficient, and issues were generally addressed promptly and professionally. housekeepers were thorough in keeping rooms clean.

modern room spacious layout comfortable bed
The room was modern and spacious, I liked it! A comfortable bed was included. A practical kitchen. The location was perfect. It was only a short walk to Esmeralda Beach.
The AC in our room wasn't really working. The room stayed warm though we informed reception.
